From the center of Mulifanua, head towards the main road (Salelologa Road) that leads to the ferry terminal. Once you reach the terminal, you will see signs directing you to Apia. Continue walking straight along the coastal path, which will eventually lead you to the main road. Follow the main road and make sure to keep an eye out for local buses or taxis that can take you to Apia. If you prefer to walk, it's about a 45-minute journey along the coast until you reach the town of Apia.
Public Transport
Start by walking to the nearest bus stop in Mulifanua. Look for buses heading to Apia; they usually have signs indicating their destination. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Apia, get off at the main bus terminal. From there, you can either ask for directions to the Apia Fish Market or follow the crowd towards the main market area, which is only a short 5-10 minute walk from the bus terminal.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Mulifanua to Apia. Start by heading towards the main coastal road (Salelologa Road). Follow this road along the coast for about 6 kilometers. Pay attention to the traffic as the roads can be busy. When you reach Apia, look for signs directing you to the center of town where the Apia Fish Market is located. It’s a well-known spot and should be easy to find once you get into the city.
