Start from the Mulifanua Wharf area. Head east along the main road (Main Road) towards the Mulifanua Village. As you walk, you'll pass several local shops and eateries where you can grab snacks. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. At the fork, keep right towards Cape Mulinuu. The road will take you through a more rural area with beautiful views of the ocean. After walking for another 1 kilometer, you'll see signs directing you towards Cape Mulinuu. Continue walking until you reach the beach area. The journey should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

If you can rent a bicycle in Mulifanua, head out of the main village area and follow the Main Road east towards Mulifanua Village. Keep an eye out for local traffic and be cautious on the roads. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach a fork; take the right path toward Cape Mulinuu. Continue cycling for another 1 kilometer until you see signs for the beach area. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes, and it allows you to enjoy the coastal scenery along the way.
