Walking
From the center of Mulifanua, head southeast on Beach Road. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the main road towards Apia. At this intersection, continue straight; the Palolo Deep Marine Reserve is located a little further down the Beach Road. Keep an eye out for the entrance, which is indicated by signage on the left-hand side. The reserve is easily accessible from the roadside.
Public Transport
If you prefer using public transport, look for a local bus service that runs between Mulifanua and Apia. Board the bus heading towards Apia and inform the driver that you want to get off at the Palolo Deep Marine Reserve stop. This journey should take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, walk back a short distance to the entrance of the reserve located on Beach Road.
