From the center of Acquaviva, head east on Via della Libertà towards Via delle Scuole. After about 100 meters, turn right onto Via delle Scuole and continue straight until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Via Cà dei Fabbri. Keep walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers, following the signs towards Rimini. You will eventually reach the outskirts of Rimini. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Luigi Ferrari, where the Domus del Chirurgo is located.

From Acquaviva, walk to the nearest bus stop on Via della Libertà. Take the bus number 11 towards Rimini. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, watching for stops along the way. Disembark at the 'Piazza Marvelli' stop in Rimini. From there, walk south towards the sea, then turn left onto Viale della Repubblica. Continue until you reach Piazza Luigi Ferrari. The Domus del Chirurgo will be on your right.
