Walking
From the center of Acquaviva, head south on Via della Libertà towards Via delle Fonti. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via G. Marconi. Turn left onto Via G. Marconi and walk until you reach the bus stop 'Acquaviva - Centro'. Take the bus number 5 towards Rimini. After about 20 minutes, get off at the stop 'Rimini - Piazzale Gondar'. From there, walk towards Viale Regina Elena and continue straight until you reach Piazza Tre Martiri. The Tempietto of Sant'Antonio will be located at number 48-49.
