Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Domagnano, start at the main square (Piazza della Libertà). Head towards Via Giovanni Paolo I and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Repubblica. Turn left onto Via della Repubblica and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You'll pass several local shops and cafes along the way. As you approach the foot of the mountain, you will see signs pointing towards 'Città di San Marino'. Follow these signs, and you will reach a footpath that leads up to Guaita Tower.

    Continue up the footpath which is called Salita Alla Rocca. The path is well marked and takes you through a beautiful natural landscape. After approximately 15 minutes of walking uphill, you will arrive at the entrance of Guaita Tower. Keep an eye out for the distinct stone walls that signify you are getting close.
