Getting There

Start at the center of Faetano, specifically the main square (Piazza della Libertà). From the square, head southwest on Via delle Scuole. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Via del Fiume. Turn left onto Via del Fiume and walk for approximately 300 meters. At the next intersection, turn right onto Via di Città. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at the base of the hill leading up to the City of San Marino. Follow the signs for the historic center, and you will see the Gate of Saint Francis as you approach Piazzale Lo Stradone.
