    Getting There

    Walking

    Start at the main square in Fiorentino, Piazza della Libertà. From the square, head north on Via della Libertà towards the mountains. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via delle Fonti. Turn right onto Via delle Fonti and follow this road uphill. You will notice signs directing you toward Guaita Tower. Stay on this path as it will lead you into the more mountainous area of San Marino. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the entrance to the fortress area. Continue walking up the path, which will eventually lead you to Salita Alla Rocca. Guaita Tower will be visible as you get closer, situated on the top of the hill.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From Fiorentino, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Libertà. Take the local bus heading towards Città di San Marino. The bus ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Disembark at the stop labeled 'Piazza della Libertà' in Città di San Marino. From there, follow the signs towards the Guaita Tower, which is a short hike up Salita Alla Rocca. The path will take you through scenic views and eventually lead you to the tower. It’s a steep walk, so be prepared for some uphill climbing.
