If you are driving from Monte Pulito, start by heading southwest on Via della Libertà towards Via di Valdragone. Continue straight for approximately 3 km until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Strada Statale 72, following signs for San Marino. After about 5 km, follow the signs for Città di San Marino and continue onto Via Salita alla Cesta. You will find the Falesia Second Tower at the end of this road. Note that parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee, typically around €2 per hour.

To reach Falesia Second Tower via public transportation, start at the nearest bus stop in Monte Pulito. Take Bus Line 1 towards San Marino. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Città di San Marino' stop, which is located at the base of the hill leading to the tower. From there, follow the signs to Salita alla Cesta, which involves a steep walk of approximately 15-20 minutes uphill. Be prepared for a bit of a hike, but enjoy the scenic views along the way.
