From the center of Montegiardino, head east on Via della Libertà towards Via Roma. Continue straight until you reach the fork in the road, where you will take the left path onto Via Giove. Follow Via Giove until you reach the intersection with Via dei Lavoratori. Turn right onto Via dei Lavoratori. Keep walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where you will see signs directing you to Urbania. After approximately 1.5 km, you will arrive at the edge of Urbania. Follow the signs to Via Filippo Ugolini. The Church of The Dead will be located on your left at number 26.

Start from Montegiardino's bus stop on Via della Libertà. Take the bus heading towards Urbania; the bus number may vary, so check local schedules. The journey should take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Urbania bus terminal, exit the bus and head south towards Via Filippo Ugolini. Walk straight down Via Filippo Ugolini for about 500 meters, and you will find the Church of The Dead at number 26 on your right.
