From the center of Neves, head south on Rua da Liberdade towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida da Independência. Turn right onto Avenida da Independência and walk past the local shops and market stalls. Keep walking straight until you see the sign for Morro Peixe. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the fork in the road. Take the left path towards Morro Peixe. Continue on this path for another 15 minutes, and you will arrive at Monte Mar Restaurante São Tomé, located on your left side, just before the beach.

From the central bus stop in Neves, take a shared taxi (known as 'almocar') that is heading towards Morro Peixe. The fare is usually around 1-2 Dobra. Inform the driver that you want to go to Monte Mar Restaurante São Tomé. After about 10 minutes of travel, the driver will drop you off near the restaurant at Morro Peixe. Walk a short distance towards the coastline, and you will see the restaurant directly ahead.
