Walking
If you are starting from Al Ula city center, begin at the Al Ula Visitor Center located on Prince Abdul Majid Road. From there, head towards the main road (King Abdulaziz Road) and walk north for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn left onto the Al Ula - Ashar Valley Road. Continue walking for about 4 kilometers along this road. You will see signs directing you to Ashar Valley. The area is well-marked, and you can enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Bicycle
For an adventurous option, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local shops in Al Ula. Start at the Al Ula Visitor Center and head north along Prince Abdul Majid Road for about 1.5 kilometers. Then take a left onto King Abdulaziz Road and ride for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the Al Ula - Ashar Valley Road. Turn left and continue cycling for about 4 kilometers. The ride offers beautiful landscapes, and you’ll find designated bike paths in some areas.
