Walking
Start from the Masjid al-Haram. Exit the mosque and head towards the King Abdulaziz Gate. Once you exit, walk straight and take a left towards the Safwa Tower, which is located adjacent to the mosque. Walk towards the entrance of the Safwa Tower and take the escalator or stairs to the 3rd floor. Upon reaching the 3rd floor, look for Shop 432, and the Massage Chairs will be located directly in front of it.

Locate the nearest bus stop that services routes to the Al Haram area. Board a bus heading towards Masjid al-Haram. Once you arrive at the bus stop near the mosque, exit and walk towards the King Abdulaziz Gate. From there, head left towards the Safwa Tower, and take the escalator or stairs to the 3rd floor. The Massage Chairs are located in front of Shop 432 on this floor.

Request a taxi or use a ride-hailing app to get dropped off at Safwa Tower, Makkah. The driver should take you directly to the entrance of the tower.
