Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from the Masjid al-Haram, head towards the King Abdul Aziz Gate (Bab al-Salam). Once you exit the mosque, you will see the large courtyard in front of you. Walk towards the left side of the courtyard, and you will find the entrance to the Saee area clearly marked. Follow the signs leading to Safa and Marwa, passing through the designated walkway which is covered and air-conditioned for your comfort. The distance from the mosque entrance to the Saee area is approximately 500 meters.

  • Walking

    If you're at the Abraj Al Bait Towers (the Clock Tower), exit the building and head towards the Masjid al-Haram. You will need to cross the street and enter the mosque through the entrance nearest to the towers. Once inside, follow the path towards the King Abdul Aziz Gate. After exiting, follow the left pathway towards the Saee area, which is well-signposted. This walk is roughly 700 meters.

  • Walking

    From the Al Haram area near the Ajyad Hospital, head towards the King Abdul Aziz Gate (Bab al-Salam) located on the eastern side of the mosque. Upon exiting, turn left and keep walking straight until you reach the entrance to the Saee area. Look for directional signs. This route is about 600 meters and is well-lit and pedestrian-friendly.
