If you are driving, start from Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Head northwest on Route 65M. After approximately 650 km, you will reach Al Qassim. Continue on Route 65M, then take Route 40 towards Al Khobar. Follow the signs for Route 40 and drive for another 300 km. As you approach the coastal area, take the exit towards Khasab, Oman. After crossing the border, continue straight on the unnamed road for about 2 km until you reach Khor Najd. Ensure you have your passport and any necessary visas ready for border crossing.
