Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Ziguinchor, the main city in Casamance. Head east on the N5 road towards Oussouye. After about 20 kilometers, you will reach the junction at Oussouye. Take the left turn onto the N6 road. Continue on N6 for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the village of Neteboulou. Once you enter Neteboulou, follow the local signs or ask for directions to 'GUENOTO', which is located at coordinates 13.5729° N, 13.7975° W. It may take around 1 hour from Ziguinchor to GUENOTO, depending on road conditions.
Public Transportation
To reach GUENOTO using public transportation, take a sept-place (shared taxi) from Ziguinchor to Oussouye, which should cost around 1,000 CFA francs. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once in Oussouye, transfer to another sept-place heading towards Neteboulou. This leg of the trip may cost an additional 500 CFA francs and take another 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving in Neteboulou, ask locals for directions to GUENOTO, which is located at H6F2+5X. It’s a short walk from the main road.
