If you are starting in the Dakar-Plateau area, head southeast towards Avenue Blaise Diagne. Walk along Rue 11, which leads directly to the Promenade. You will pass by local shops and cafes, making it a pleasant walk. The Promenade is situated on Rue 11 at the intersection with Avenue Blaise Diagne, a popular spot for evening strolls.

From there, walk a short distance along Rue 11, and you will arrive at the Promenade. The bus ride will give you a glimpse of local life, and the walk from the bus stop is simple and straightforward.

If you're near the city center, you can take a motorcycle taxi (locally known as 'Jakarta') to Rue 11 on Avenue Blaise Diagne. Make sure to communicate that your destination is Promenade; this is a well-known area. The motorcycle taxi will navigate through the traffic, and you’ll arrive quickly. Always wear a helmet for safety.
