Walking
From the center of Mbour, head towards the main road (Route Nationale 1). Walk east until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and continue straight. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach a bus stop near the roundabout. This is where you can catch a shared taxi (locally known as a 'sept-place') heading towards Saly. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of the Réserve de Bandia. The reserve is located approximately 10 kilometers from this point.
