Getting There

Walking
From the center of Mbour, head towards the main road (Route Nationale 1) that runs towards Dakar. Walk along this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenue Lamine Gueye. You'll see local shops and eateries along the way, which can be great for a quick snack or drink. At the intersection, turn left onto Avenue Lamine Gueye and continue walking straight. After about 500 meters, you will come across the market area. Navigate through the market until you reach the main road again. Cross the road and continue straight. You will soon see signs pointing towards Tivaone Peulh, where Monument Namora is located. Follow these signs, and after about another kilometer, you will arrive at Monument Namora.

If you're in Mbour and have access to a bicycle, start at the town center and cycle towards Route Nationale 1. Follow the road towards Dakar, cycling for approximately 1.5 kilometers.
