If you are driving from Bačka, head southeast on the local roads towards Niš. Follow the signs for the E75 highway and merge onto it. Continue on E75 for approximately 150 kilometers. Take exit 2 towards Niš and follow the signs for the city center. Once in Niš, use GPS or a map to navigate to Bulevar Svetog cara Konstantina Rd where Mediana is located.
