If you're traveling by car, head towards the town of Despotovac. From Bačka, take the main road towards the city of Novi Sad, and then follow the signs to the E75 highway. Continue on the E75 until you see signs for Despotovac, then take the exit and follow the local roads to Cerska3, where the Resavska Cave is located. Parking is available on-site.

To reach Resavska Cave by public transportation, first take a bus from Bačka to the nearest major city, which is Novi Sad. From Novi Sad, you can find a bus service heading towards Despotovac.
