This was a really informative and interesting tour. Mihailo is a great tour guide and knows so much about New Belgrade. Highly recommend for anyone who might be interested in Brutalist/Socialist/International-style architecture, as New Belgrade is probably one of the more comprehensive and extensive examples of it in the world.

Iron Gates Tour (Golubac Fortress, Lepenski Vir, Captain's Misha Hill)
A must do experience.
We enjoyed Golubac Fortress of course with its fairytale appearance and setting but the real highlight for us of this tour was Lepenski Vir. There was something almost spiritual about this Neolithic site and the dedication of the archaeologists in its preservation gave pause for thought. Our guide Slobo was excellent both in his knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, the sites we visited. He also offered freely personal insights that added to our experience. Awesome tour.
