If you are already in the vicinity of Vračar, you can simply walk to I Love Belgrade. From the Temple of Saint Sava, head towards the direction of the square. Walk down Kralja Milana Street until you reach the intersection with Trg Slavija. Cross the street, and you will find I Love Belgrade right in the center of the square.
