If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Kolubara and head east on Route 22 (E763) towards the town of Despotovac. Continue straight for about 40 kilometers until you reach Despotovac. Once in Despotovac, follow the signs for Manasija Monastery, which is located at Despota Stefana Lazarevića бб, 35213. The monastery is about 3 kilometers from the town center and is accessible via local roads. Parking is available near the monastery.
Public Transportation
To reach Manasija Monastery via public transportation, take a bus from Kolubara to Despotovac. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Despotovac, you can either walk (approximately 30-40 minutes) or take a local taxi to the monastery. Taxis are readily available at the bus station and typically charge around 500-700 RSD for the short trip to the monastery.
