From the center of Kragujevac, head to the main bus station located at Kralja Petra I street. Look for a bus that goes towards Vlaški Do or Smederevo. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you want to stop at Smederevski put. The journey should take about 20-30 minutes. After getting off the bus, walk approximately 500 meters along Smederevski put until you reach Winery Despotika, which will be on your right.

If you are already in the vicinity of the city center, you can walk to Winery Despotika. Start at Trg Slobode and head east on Kralja Petra I street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Smederevski put. Turn left onto Smederevski put and walk straight for about 2 kilometers. The winery will be on your left, just before the small bridge.
