If you're driving from Mačva, head southeast on the E75 highway towards Belgrade. Continue on the E75 for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the exit for 'Beograd Centar'. Follow the signs for 'Savski Venac' and merge onto Bulevar kralja Aleksandra. Continue straight until you reach Milenka Vesnića Street. The Javni Akvarijum i Tropikarijum Beograd will be on your left at Milenka Vesnića 3, Belgrade. Parking may be available nearby but check for any parking fees.

You can take a bus from various locations in Mačva to Belgrade. Look for a bus heading to 'Beograd' and board it. The journey usually takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the main bus station (Autobuska stanica Beograd), transfer to tram line 2 or bus line 83 towards 'Savski Venac'. Get off at the 'Milenka Vesnića' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Milenka Vesnića 3, where the aquarium is located. Bus and tram fares typically cost around 150 RSD.

If you prefer traveling by train, you can take a train from Mačva to Belgrade's main train station (Beograd Glavna železnička stanica). The journey takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. From the train station, you can either walk to the aquarium (approximately 30 minutes) or take tram line 2 or bus line 83 towards 'Savski Venac'. Alight at the 'Milenka Vesnića' stop. Train tickets usually cost around 300 RSD.
