From the center of Stari Grad, head south on Trg kralja Milana towards Bulevar Dr Zorana Đinđića. Continue walking straight for approximately 1 km. You'll pass by several shops and cafes on your left and right. When you reach the intersection with Bulevar Dr Zorana Đinđića, turn right. Skull Tower will be on your left after about 300 meters.
