Car
From Podrinje, head towards the city of Novi Sad. Continue on the E75 highway for approximately 60 km until you reach the exit for Petrovaradin. Follow the signs for Petrovaradin and merge onto Ulica Kralja Aleksandra. Drive through the town until you reach the Petrovaradin Fortress. Park your car in one of the designated parking areas near the fortress. The entrance to the Petrovaradin catacombs is located at 3D Svet, Hornwerk, within the fortress grounds.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Podrinje to Novi Sad. The journey will take around 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Novi Sad bus station, you can take a local bus (lines 1, 5, or 6) that goes to the Petrovaradin Fortress. Get off at the nearest stop to the fortress. From there, walk towards the fortress entrance and proceed to the Petrovaradin catacombs located at 3D Svet, Hornwerk. Ensure you check the local bus schedule for return times.
Taxi
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from Podrinje to Petrovaradin. This option may be more expensive, costing around 3000-4000 RSD, depending on your starting point in Podrinje and traffic conditions. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance of the Petrovaradin catacombs at 3D Svet, Hornwerk. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.
