If you are starting from the center of Smederevo, head towards the main square (Trg Republike). From the square, walk straight down Kralja Petra I Street until you reach the intersection with Knez Mihailova Street. Turn right onto Knez Mihailova and continue walking straight until you arrive at the Belgrade main bus station (Autobuska stanica). Once there, you can catch a bus to Belgrade. Look for buses heading to 'Beograd' or 'Belgrade' and ensure you get on one that stops at the main bus station in Belgrade.

After arriving at the Belgrade main bus station, exit the station and follow the signs towards the tram and bus stops. You will want to find Tram number 2 or 11. If taking Tram number 2, board it and ride until you reach the stop called 'Studentski trg'. If you opt for Tram number 11, you can also take it to the same stop. Once you get off at 'Studentski trg', the Ethnographic Museum will be directly in front of you at Studentski trg 13.
