From the city center of Smederevo, head towards the bus station located at Trg Republike. Once there, exit the bus station and walk towards the main road, Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra. Follow this road until you reach the bus station that serves intercity buses. Board a bus heading to Belgrade, which typically departs every hour. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Belgrade, known as 'Beograd', exit the station and walk towards the tram stop located just outside. Take Tram Line 2 or 5 towards 'Zeleno Brdo'. Get off at the stop called 'Kneza Sime Markovića', which is very close to your destination. From the tram stop, walk a short distance north to reach Konak kneginje Ljubice at Kneza Sime Markovića 8.

To reach Konak kneginje Ljubice using public transport, first visit the Smederevo bus station and board a bus to Belgrade. Buses run frequently throughout the day, so you should have no trouble finding one. After arriving at the main bus station in Belgrade, locate the tram station outside the bus terminal. Board either Tram Line 2 or 5, both of which will take you towards the city center. Disembark at the 'Kneza Sime Markovića' stop. The museum is a short walk from the tram stop; head north on Kneza Sime Markovića Street until you find the museum at number 8.
