From Smederevo, head to the bus station located in the city center. You can ask locals or follow signs to the 'Autobuska Stanica'. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus to Belgrade. The journey typically takes around 1 to 1.5 hours. Make sure to check the schedule for departure times. Upon arriving at the Belgrade bus station ('Banjica'), exit the station and follow the signs to the tram stops.

At the tram stop near the bus station in Belgrade, take tram number 2 towards 'Kalemegdan'. Stay on the tram for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Kalemegdan' stop. From here, walk towards the fortress, and you will find Nebojša Tower situated within the grounds of Kalemegdan Park. The tower is clearly marked, and the walk from the tram stop to the tower is about 10 minutes.
