Car
From any point in Stara Planina Mountain, head towards the nearest major road that connects to the E75 highway. Once on the E75, drive towards Belgrade. As you approach the city, follow signs for the city center (Centar). Exit at the signs for 'Kalemegdan' or 'Stari Grad'. After the exit, take the main road that leads you towards the fortress area. There are several parking lots available near Kalemegdan, but be prepared to pay a small fee for parking.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transport, you can take a bus or a train from various locations in Stara Planina Mountain to Belgrade. Once you arrive at the main bus or train station in Belgrade (Glavna železnička stanica), you can either walk to Kalemegdan, which is about a 20-30 minute walk, or take a tram (lines 2, 5, or 10) towards the city center. Get off at the 'Kalemegdan' stop, and from there, it’s a short walk to the fortress area. Public transportation tickets generally cost around 150 RSD.
