Getting there

Car

If you're traveling by car from any location in Vojvodina, you can use the highway E75 towards Belgrade. Once you reach Belgrade, follow the signs for the city center, and then take the exit for 'Kalemegdan'. There is limited parking available near the entrance of the Kalemegdan Fortress, so be prepared to find street parking if the lot is full. Expect a parking fee of around 100 RSD per hour.

Public Transportation (Bus)

From any town in Vojvodina, you can take a bus to Belgrade. Major bus stations like Novi Sad or Subotica have regular services to Belgrade. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Belgrade (BAS), you can take tram line 2 or 11 towards the city center. Get off at the 'Kalemegdan' stop, which is a short walk from the entrance of the fortress. Bus tickets cost approximately 300 RSD one way.

Public Transportation (Train)

You can also take a train from major cities in Vojvodina to Belgrade. Trains run frequently from Novi Sad to Belgrade's main railway station. From the railway station, you can take tram line 2 or a taxi directly to Kalemegdan. A train ticket costs around 400 RSD. Taxis from the train station to Kalemegdan typically cost between 400-600 RSD.
