Walking
From the Baie Lazare beach, head north along the coast on the main trail. Continue walking until you reach the intersection near the Les Dauphins Heureux Restaurant. Take a left at the intersection, following the signs towards Anse Major Trail. Walk along this path for about 15-20 minutes. You will pass through lush vegetation and enjoy stunning views of the coastline. The entrance to Anse Major Trail will be marked with a sign. Follow the trail, which will lead you through beautiful scenery.

If you are starting from the nearby Anse à la Mouche area, begin at the Anse à la Mouche beach. Head north along the coastal path until you reach the junction with the main road. Turn right onto the main road and walk until you see a sign for Anse Major Trail. This route is slightly longer but offers breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Keep walking until you reach the trailhead, where the adventure begins.

Public Bus
From any point in Baie Lazare, walk to the nearest bus stop along the main road. Take bus number 43 heading towards Anse à la Mouche. Request the driver to drop you off at the stop for Anse Major Trail. It’s about a 10-minute ride. After getting off, you will see signs leading to the trail entrance. Walk approximately 5 minutes along the path until you reach the Anse Major Trail.
