From Grand Anse Beach, head east along the shoreline. Follow the beach path until you reach the rocky outcrop at the end of the beach. This should take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the rocky area, you will see signs pointing towards Round. Continue walking along the path that leads up and over the rocks. Be careful as some parts may be uneven.

After navigating the rocky outcrop, you will enter a small trail that leads inland. Follow this trail for about 10 minutes, keeping an eye out for any markers or signs that indicate the direction towards Round. This area is lush and may have some natural obstacles, so be aware of your surroundings.

As you continue along the trail, you will eventually reach a clearing that opens up to the water again. You should start to see the island of Round in the distance. At this point, you can choose to walk along the shoreline again or continue on the path that leads to the nearest sandbar connecting to Round. The sandbars can vary in visibility depending on the tide, so make sure to check the tide times and plan your visit accordingly.

Finally, proceed to the sandbar that leads to Round. Depending on the tide, you may be able to walk directly across, but during high tide, it might be necessary to wade through shallow water. The journey across the sandbar should take no more than 10-15 minutes.
