Walking
Start at the Grand Anse beach area. Head north on the coastal path, enjoying the scenic views. Continue walking until you reach the main road. Turn left onto the main road and head towards the direction of the airport. Keep walking until you reach the junction with the road leading to La Misere. Look for signs indicating 'La Misere' or ask locals for directions if needed. Follow the road uphill, which may be steep. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Mirante La Misere, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
Hiking
From the Grand Anse area, locate the trail that leads up into the hills. This path can be steep and requires good walking shoes. Follow the trail as it winds through the lush vegetation. After about 45 minutes of hiking, you'll reach a viewpoint that leads towards Mirante La Misere. Continue on this well-marked path until you arrive at the observation deck, which offers stunning panoramic views of Seychelles.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Grand Anse area and head north on the main road. Pedal towards the airport, watching for the turnoff to La Misere. Once you turn onto the La Misere road, prepare for an uphill ride that may be challenging. After approximately 20-30 minutes of cycling, you will reach Mirante La Misere.
