Car Rental
If you are traveling by car, start from the main port of Victoria on Mahé Island. Drive towards the northwest coast and head to the ferry terminal at Bel Ombre. The ferry to Silhouette Island, where La Belle Tortue Lodge & Restaurant is located, leaves from here. The ferry ride typically takes about 30 minutes. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance, as there may be limited departures. Upon arrival at Silhouette Island, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to La Passe, where the lodge is situated.
