If you are driving from anywhere in Île Longue, head towards the main road (the west coast road). Follow the signs towards Port Glaud. As you approach N.Y.S. Village, keep an eye out for the sign indicating the Port Glaud Waterfall. You will need to turn off the main road and navigate through some smaller roads, which may be less marked. Park your car at the designated parking area near the waterfall entrance.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transport, take a bus from your current location in Île Longue heading towards Port Glaud. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the waterfall. Once you get off, it might require a short walk to reach the waterfall. Be prepared for uneven terrain, as the path can be rugged and may require some navigation through local paths.
Walking
After parking your car or disembarking from the bus, follow the signs toward Port Glaud Waterfall. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes from the main road, and you will be walking on a dirt path that can be steep in certain areas. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes suitable for hiking.
