Getting There

From the main village of La Digue, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops available. Start your ride heading east on the main road, known as the L'Union Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction leading to Anse Severe. Turn left onto the Anse Severe road and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Petite Anse Beach. When you reach the beach, you’ll need to park your bicycle at the designated area before heading down to the beach.

If you prefer to walk, start from La Digue village and head towards the L'Union Estate. Follow the path that leads east until you reach Anse Severe. This walk will take around 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive at Anse Severe, there will be signs guiding you toward Petite Anse Beach. The walk from Anse Severe to Petite Anse Beach involves a short trek along a trail that can be a bit rugged, so wear appropriate footwear. The total walking distance is about 3 kilometers.
