Car
If you are driving, start from Victoria, the capital of Seychelles. Head north on the main road (Route 5) towards Beau Vallon. Continue on Route 5 until you reach a junction; take the left turn towards 'Beau Vallon/Glacis'. Follow the signs for Beau Vallon. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach Beau Vallon. Continue driving until you see the sign for Mare Aux Cochons Trail on your left, at the intersection with Chem. Le Niol. Drive down Chem. Le Niol for about 1 km until you see the parking area for the trail entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Mare Aux Cochons Trail by public transport, take a bus from Victoria to Beau Vallon. Look for bus number 21 which operates frequently throughout the day. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Beau Vallon, disembark at the bus stop near the beach area. From there, you will need to walk to Chem. Le Niol. It is about a 15-minute walk. Head north along the beach, then take a left turn onto Chem. Le Niol. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the trail entrance.
