Car
If you are driving, start from Victoria, the capital of Mahe Island. Head southeast on the main road (Route C) towards Anse Royale. Continue for about 15 km until you reach the junction at Anse Royale, then turn left onto the road towards the southern part of the island. Follow the signs for 'Vista Do Mar'. After approximately 5 km, you will see signs for Tusculum Beach. Turn onto CC9M+C45, and follow this road until you reach the beach. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Tusculum Beach using public transport, take a bus from Victoria to Anse Royale. Buses run frequently, and the fare is around 7 SCR (Seychellois Rupees). The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Anse Royale, look for a local bus heading towards 'Vista Do Mar'. This should cost you an additional 5 SCR. Request to be dropped off at the nearest stop to CC9M+C45. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Tusculum Beach as you walk.
