Car
If you're driving, head southeast on the main road from your accommodation in North Island. Follow signs directing you towards the ferry terminal to La Digue Island. Once you reach the terminal, park your car in the designated parking area. There may be a parking fee, typically around 50 SCR per day.
Ferry
Board the ferry to La Digue Island, which operates regularly throughout the day. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Tickets can be purchased at the terminal, costing around 100 SCR one way. Ensure to check the ferry schedule in advance to avoid long waits.
Bicycle or Taxi
Upon arrival at La Digue Island, you have two options to reach Anse Source d'Argent. You can rent a bicycle, which is a popular way to explore the island. Rentals are available near the ferry terminal for about 150 SCR per day. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the ferry terminal to the entrance of L'Union Estate, which is approximately a 10-minute drive, costing around 200 SCR.
Walking
If you choose to bike or take a taxi to L'Union Estate, from there, you need to walk about 15 minutes to reach Anse Source d'Argent. Follow the signs through the estate; there is a small entrance fee of about 115 SCR to access the beach area. Enjoy the stunning scenery along the way!
