    If you are driving from Kenema, take the A117 road heading east. Continue straight for about 45 kilometers until you reach the junction for the Bamboi area. Follow the sign for Sierra Leone Plain, which will be on your left. The drive will take approximately 1 hour. Ensure your vehicle has adequate fuel and check local driving conditions, as some roads may be in poor condition.

    Public Transportation

    From Kenema, you can take a shared taxi or a ' poda poda' (local minibus) heading towards Bamboi. The fare is around 10,000 SLL (Sierra Leonean Leones) per person. Inform the driver you are going to Sierra Leone Plain; they will drop you off at the junction. From there, you'll need to walk approximately 2 kilometers to reach the plain. Ensure to ask locals for directions as you approach the area, as signage may be limited.

    Once dropped off at the junction from your taxi or bus, follow the dirt road that leads towards Sierra Leone Plain.
