Walking
From the center of Freetown, head towards the Sierra Leone National Museum located on Siaka Stevens Street. When you reach the museum, continue straight down Siaka Stevens Street until you reach the junction with George Street. Turn left onto George Street, and then take a right onto State Avenue. Follow State Avenue until you reach the intersection with Rawdon Street. Turn left onto Rawdon Street. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Circular Road. Turn right onto Circular Road and continue until you see the bus station. From there, look for a local bus heading towards Bethesda. Get off at the Bethesda stop and walk towards the Unnamed Road. The Antigua's Donkey Sanctuary will be on your left.

Public Transport
From the central bus terminal in Freetown, look for a bus heading towards Bethesda. Buses are usually marked with their destination, so make sure to ask if you're unsure. Once aboard, enjoy the ride and keep an eye out for the Unnamed Road. The journey should take approximately 30-40 minutes. When you arrive at the Bethesda stop, disembark and head towards the Unnamed Road. The Antigua's Donkey Sanctuary is located a short walk from the bus stop.
