Getting There

    From John Obey Beach, start your journey by heading north on the main road (Cockle Bay Road). Continue straight for approximately 5.5 kilometers until you reach the junction for Murray Town. You will see signs directing you towards Freetown. Follow the road signs towards Murray Town and Cockle Bay. After about 2 kilometers, keep an eye out for the FPQH+C84 location on your right, which indicates you are nearing Log Bay. The journey will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

  • Public Transportation

    To use public transportation from John Obey Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for a shared taxi or mini-bus heading towards Freetown. Once you get on a taxi, inform the driver that you want to go to Murray Town. The fare should be around 2,000-5,000 Leones depending on the time of day and negotiation. After about 25 minutes, you should ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Cockle Bay Road. From there, you can walk approximately 1 kilometer towards FPQH+C84, which is the location for Log Bay.
