Getting There

Walking
From the center of Port Loko, head south on Main Street toward the junction with Kambia Road. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Kambia Road. Walk along Kambia Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Robis Quarry on your left. Turn left and continue on this road for about 500 meters. The Sierra Leone Civil War Memorial will be located on your right, adjacent to the Sengbe Pieh Academy.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can start at the Port Loko market area. Ride south along the main road (Main Street) until you reach the junction with Kambia Road. Turn right onto Kambia Road and cycle straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the Robis Quarry sign on your left and turn onto that road. Continue for another 500 meters, and you will find the Sierra Leone Civil War Memorial on your right.

Motorbike Taxi
To get to the Sierra Leone Civil War Memorial using a motorbike taxi, find a motorbike taxi near the Port Loko market. Inform the driver you want to go to Robis Quarry. They will take you along Kambia Road. After about 10 minutes of travel, you will arrive at the entrance of Robis Quarry. The memorial is a short walk from the drop-off point, just follow the signs toward the Sengbe Pieh Academy.
