Car
If you are driving, head towards Balestier Road and continue until you reach the junction with Thomson Road. Turn onto Thomson Road and drive straight until you reach the Central Expressway (CTE) entrance. Merge onto the CTE and follow the signs for the exit towards Orchard Road/Marina Bay. Exit onto the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and take exit 15 towards the Raffles Avenue. Continue driving until you see signs for Esplanade Park. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees apply.

To reach Esplanade Park Tunnel via MRT, make your way to the nearest MRT station in Balestier, which is the Novena MRT Station (NS20). Take the North-South Line towards Marina South Pier. Alight at City Hall MRT Station (NS25/EW13). From City Hall, follow the signs to exit towards Raffles City Shopping Centre. Once you exit, walk towards Raffles Avenue, and you will find Queen Elizabeth Walk leading to Esplanade Park Tunnel. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from the MRT station.
