From Bugis MRT station, take bus number 7, 16, or 77 from the nearby bus stop. Alight at the stop named 'Bendemeer MRT' or 'Bendemeer Road' after about 5-10 minutes. From there, walk back towards Waterloo Street, turn left and continue straight for about 10 minutes. The temple will be on your right at 178 Waterloo Street.

Take the East West Line or Downtown Line from Bugis MRT station. Travel one stop to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Change to the North South Line and board a train towards Marina South Pier. Alight at the next stop, 'City Hall'. Exit the station and walk towards the Raffles City Shopping Centre. Continue walking straight until you reach Waterloo Street, then turn left.
