From Bugis MRT Station, take the East West Line (Green Line) towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Tanah Merah MRT Station (1 stop). At Tanah Merah, transfer to the Changi Airport MRT Line towards Expo. Alight at Expo MRT Station (2 stops). From Expo, take Bus 35 from the bus interchange directly to Sentosa (approximately 30 minutes). Disembark at the 'Sentosa Gateway' bus stop and follow the signs to the Sentosa Island entrance.

From Bugis, walk to the nearest bus stop at Bugis Junction. Take Bus 123 towards Sentosa. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Alight at the 'Sentosa Gateway' bus stop. Follow the signs to the entrance of Sentosa Island where Madame Tussauds Singapore is located.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, first make your way to VivoCity at HarbourFront MRT Station. From Bugis MRT, take the East West Line to Outram Park MRT Station and transfer to the North East Line towards HarbourFront. Once at VivoCity, walk to the Sentosa Express located on Level 3 of VivoCity. Take the Sentosa Express to the Beach Station, and you can either walk or take a shuttle to Madame Tussauds Singapore.
