Car
From Bukit Batok, get onto the Bukit Batok Road (Bukit Batok East Ave 3) and head east towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Merge onto Upper Bukit Timah Road and continue until you reach the BKE (Bukit Timah Expressway). Take the BKE towards the city. Continue on the BKE, which will merge into the PIE (Pan Island Expressway). Follow the PIE signs towards the city, and take the exit towards Central Business District (CBD). Follow the signs for Clarke Quay. You can park at nearby car parks such as the Central Mall or Clarke Quay Central. Parking fees are applicable, typically around SGD 3-6 per hour.

From Bukit Batok MRT Station (on the East West Line), take the MRT towards Pasir Ris. Change trains at Tanah Merah MRT Station to board the train heading towards Joo Koon. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. From Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the North South Line and take the train towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Clarke Quay MRT Station. From Clarke Quay MRT Station (Exit E), walk towards the Singapore River and follow the signs to Clarke Quay Jetty. The total fare for this journey will be around SGD 2-3.
